What does the free assessment actually involve?
We walk the property with you — or on our own if you prefer — and evaluate your turf type, soil conditions, palms, trees, shrubs, and ornamental beds. We’ll tell you what we see, what we think is causing any issues, and what a program would look like to address them. There’s no cost and no commitment required to take that next step.
What types of properties do you work with?
Residential properties throughout Palm Beach County. Our programs are built for homeowners who want a more intentional approach to lawn and landscape care — whether that’s turf only, palms only, or full-property coverage across turf, palms, trees, shrubs, and ornamentals.
Do you actually use no pesticides or herbicides?
Correct. Every Granuly program is delivered without synthetic pesticides or herbicides — and without nitrate-based nitrogen or micronutrients sourced from industrial byproducts. We can explain exactly what we use and why if you want to know before committing to anything.
How do I know which program is right for my property?
That’s what the assessment is for. We look at the actual conditions on your property — turf type, soil, plant material, existing issues — and recommend what we’d genuinely do if it were our own landscape. We have three service levels, and we’ll tell you which one makes sense and why, not just which one costs more.
Do you offer one-time visits?
Granuly is built around ongoing programs rather than one-time applications — because soil health and plant nutrition are cumulative, and a single visit can’t accomplish what a structured program does over time. That said, the assessment itself is free and one-time with no obligation attached.
What should I include when I reach out?
Whatever is relevant to you — your general location within Palm Beach County, what you’re most concerned about (turf, palms, specific plants, the whole property), and what your current program looks like if you have one. The more context, the more useful we can be in our response.
How quickly do you respond?
